Are you unsure of where or how to fish Lake Belle Taine. Go Fish!
Guide Service is undoubtedly the answer to your angling blues. Jason
Durham and many of the guides that work with him fished Lake Belle Taine
long before they were old enough to operate a boat with anything more
high powered than a set of oars.
Guided fishing trips are scheduled in either half-day (4 hours) or full
day (8 hours) formats. Everything needed to catch fish is provided
for you including rods, reels, bait, and tackle. Jason agrees to
pick you up at the appointed time right at the end of the docks at Resort
Content. Up to four anglers can board at one time. Call
218/252-2278 to schedule your fishing trip. Sometimes it is possible to arrange
a trip with only a few hours notice. However, to ensure a guide
is available during your stay at Resort Content, call as soon as possible.
When you meet Jason, who teaches kindergarten in Nevis, you will immediately
discover he loves to fish. He is passionate about this sport. Currently,
Jason writes a fishing column weekly for the Park Rapids Enterprise and
has been featured in Outdoor Life, Field and Stream, In-Fisherman’s Walleye
Insider and many regional publications. He also travels to sport
shows presenting fishing seminars for both children and adults on a variety
of angling topics. Jason has authored two books on fishing
entitled Pro Tactics: Panfish and Pro Tactics: Ice Fishing. They
may be purchased online through Amazon.com or locally at Beagle Books
in Park Rapids.
