Policy / Resort Rules

PolicyIn order for the resort to operate smoothly and to protect the safety of our guests, we have some written rules or guidelines for you to follow. We hope you find them helpful. We want you to enjoy your stay. Any concerns should be brought to our attention immediately. Thank You!

Pet Policy

  • Absolutely no pets are allowed! We love animals but not everyone does. We would be happy to recommend a local kennel if you do not wish to leave your pet at home.

Camping Policy

  • We are asked frequently to allow tents to be set up beside the cabin or to allow family members to sleep in campers in the parking lot. We are licensed as a resort not a campground. We do not have the public restrooms or the shower facilities necessary for such a license. We cannot permit this activity.

Noise Policy

  • Quiet Time – 10PM to 10AM
  • Dirt bikes and motorized scooters should be left at home. The resort property and the surrounding township roads do not provide a safe place to ride. You may ride ATV’s on approved trails only. Parking is a problem. All ATV’s must remain on the trailer or transport vehicle at the resort.
  • Motorcycles must be parked in the parking lot not beside your cabin.
  • All fireworks are prohibited. We encourage you to attend one of the local fireworks demonstrations in either Park Rapids or Walker.
  • No public intoxication, abusive language, or lewd behavior will be tolerated.
  • Loud music is not acceptable.

Wave Runners (Jet Skis) Policy

  • Please no jet skis! Our bay is too small for this type of activity. Our neighbors object to the noise. It disturbs the loons and the other wildlife that nest in our bay and erodes the shoreline.
